If something isn't working, this page is where to start.

On the inviter's iPhone, open Settings → Partner → Invite your partner. Pick "Partners" or "Friends", then send the share link via iMessage, Mail, or Messages. On the partner's iPhone, tap the link. Both of you need to be signed into iCloud with your own Apple IDs.
Open the app, pull down to refresh, or close and reopen it. The share can take up to a minute to show up. If it still doesn't appear, make sure both of you are online and iCloud is signed in — Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
Not right now. Fit for Two is designed for exactly two people. If you want a different partner, go to Settings → Partner → Leave partnership and start a new invite.
Settings → Delete all my data removes your profile, workouts, baselines, and weight log on this device, and also removes what your partner can see in the shared iCloud zone. Then you can delete the app from your home screen if you like.
Only to your own iCloud, and only the parts you choose to share. Nothing goes to Babbling Comet servers (there aren't any). See the Privacy Policy.
Open Settings → For the two of you and turn off "Spicy ideas". If your pairing is set to "Friends", spicy prompts are off automatically and the toggle doesn't appear.
If the app crashes, iOS writes a diagnostic report that the app can read next time you open it. We'd love to see it — email support@babblingcomet.com and we'll ask you for the report. The report contains stack traces, no personal content.
Only the person who sent the original invitation can change it, in Settings → Partner → Relationship. The change syncs to the other side within a minute.
