Fit for Two

Train together, stay together.

Share workouts with one person who matters. No social network. No ads. No servers to put your data on.

Coming to the App Store

One person, not a feed

Invite your partner through iMessage. From then on, you see their completed workouts, they see yours. That's it.

Shared streak

A single number that counts days you both showed up. Rest days count. Life counts.

Partners or friends

Pairings marked "Partners" get an optional tongue-in-cheek daily prompt. Pairings marked "Friends" don't.

A plan you'll finish

Tell the app your days, equipment, and priorities. It builds a plan and quietly adjusts the weights as you get stronger.

Apple Health, done right

Pre-fill your weight and age from Health. When you finish, workouts write back to Health so your activity rings reflect the session.

Your data stays yours

Nothing you enter is uploaded to anyone except what you choose to share — through your own iCloud — with the one person you've paired with. We don't have a server to upload it to.

Not medical advice

Fit for Two gives suggestions, not prescriptions. Talk to a doctor before starting a new program, and stop if something hurts.
